The delivery team will bring your item to your entry threshold, unload the item(s) and leave it in a safe place outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). Once it’s been dropped off, it is your responsibility! This service does not include removal of packaging, assembly, or set up of your item(s). Within an apartment, townhouse or condo, a maximum of flights of stairs may be determined prior to shipment.
Room of Choice:
The delivery team does the heavy lifting for you. They’ll bring your item(s) inside and place it in your room of choice. There must be a clear path and a designated location for placement. The delivery team will not move any item obstructing the location or path. This choice does not include unpacking or packaging removal. The BSEID Customer Service will be contacting you to coordinate the timing of this delivery.
White Glove Delivery:
The delivery team blanket-wraps and shrink-wraps the order at their warehouse and loads it onto one of their home delivery trucks. They’ll bring your item(s) inside and place it in your room of choice. The team will unpack the product(s), assemble (if necessary) and remove all packaging so you may start to enjoy your new purchase as soon as possible. Please note that the delivery team will not perform plumbing installation, electrical wiring, or services requiring the use of power tools. A cap on assembling time may apply.
