Pricing + Deals

At BSEID we strive to be your one-stop-shop for the most unique designer finds and treasures at the finest quality. We work hard to remain competitive with other e-tailers all of while highly valuing the manufacturers and artisans that make our awesome products. Because of these cherished and respected relationships, BSEID’s price structure is set to abide by our vendors' pricing guidelines. While we don't "price match", we do periodically offer promotions and coupons.

BSEID does offer occasional discounts and partakes in promotions on specific items and product lines throughout the year. To be included in receiving such great offers, please become a "BSEID VIP" by signing up on our website or follow us on social: Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and TikTok.

Coupons and promotions cannot be applied to the purchase of BSEID gift cards. Custom priced items generated from customer service are excluded from coupon use. Other exclusions of these promotions will be clearly stated on our website and/or emails. BSEID reserves the right to cancel any order due to an unauthorized or ineligible use of a discount.

BSEID will periodically discount prices on specific items. Often these Sale items have limited stock. Items marked down with a sale price are deemed "Final Sale" and are not eligible for a refund unless they arrive damaged. Sale items are excluded from coupon use.

If you recognize you ordered just prior to a promotion, BSEID will honor the discount, upon request, within the same context of the most recent Sale, and only if the Sale occurred within 5 days prior (including weekends). BSEID will also honor the discount, upon request, within the same context of the most recent Sale one day post sale period. To qualify your purchase must have not left the warehouse. Item(s) that have shipped are unable to receive a partial credit.

Trade Partner Program

If you are a licensed interior designer, developer, architect, professional contractor, or hospitality firm we welcome you to become a BSEID Trade Partner. As a BSEID Trade Partner, you will be able to purchase from our designer-curated collection of manufacturers, artisans and makers at discounted pricing. Partner discounts are applied to each order (less tax and shipping) and is based on the cumulative expenditures within the current calendar year. To learn more details on the discounts available and the terms for the partnership please email support@bseid.com. Trade special pricing can only be applied to full priced items and cannot be combined with any other discount offers or coupons.

Ordering + Order Tracking

On receipt of placing an order, you will receive an email notification acknowledging your transaction. In addition, one of our BSEID Customer Service Representatives may send you a separate email with other details about your order; for example, customization confirmation, special shipping and handling details, or changes to your delivery window. Email will be our primary form of contact to you so it's important to add BSEID to your 'safe' contacts in your email inbox. Your order will be processed during business hours, Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm EST. Should an order be submitted after Friday 5:00pm EST or anytime over a weekend or holiday then your order will be processed on the next business day (BSEID honors all national holidays). Our Customer Service Representatives are available to take your order by phone during customer service hours. If you would like to place an order by phone outside of Customer Service hours you may send an email to support@bseid.com with your name, phone number and the product that you are interested in purchasing. Please do not include any credit card information in email. A representative from BSEID will contact you within the following business day to complete your purchase. 

We encourage our customers to create an account on the BSEID website and from that logged in experience you will have access to updates on your order as well as tracking information.

Once your order has shipped from BSEID or directly from one of our vendors or artisans, a tracking number will be assigned and you will receive an email notification with that information. Please note that if you ordered several items, they may not all ship from the same location or ship at the same time. If this is the case, multiple tracking numbers will be assigned to each individual shipment and you will receive notice of this information, separately. If you have any questions about your order or would like a shipping status please contact a representative at support@bseid.com, or via the Live Chat app during business hours.

How to Pay

BSEID accepts most major credit cards as well as convenient payment service providers, such as PayPal and ShopPay. At checkout you may also use a BSEID gift cards and /or promotional code toward your purchase. All prices are USD, United States Dollar, currency. Your credit card will be charged immediately or within the first 2 weeks of purchasing to secure your order, depending on the length of production/shipping time of your purchase. All transactions are handled through an SSL secure server. If your payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or has a high fraud risk, we will notify you as soon as possible, and your order may be suspended or canceled.

Sales Tax

BSEID is registered in the State of Florida and is required by law in Florida as well in other select states to charge applicable sales tax. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate this tax on all orders shipped based on your shipping zip code.

Gifts from BSEID

We love to be your source for gift giving! It's important to note that because of the reasons mentioned in "Deliveries + Estimated Arrival Times" the delivery date to your recipient is not guaranteed. Unfortunately, because many of our items ship directly from our manufacturer or artisan, gift messages are not possible to send to your recipient.

Samples + Care/Use

BSEID offers samples for purchase on many of our casegood furniture pieces, fabric items, rugs, and vinyl mats. These samples and/or swatches are designed to be a representation of the color, texture, pattern and material of the furniture/furnishing piece. Variation, saturation, and tone may vary from the actual product application. BSEID does not guarantee an exact match from sample to product. Sample purchases are non refundable; however the cost of the sample can be deducted from future order of the item, or similar item purchase. At any point, if you wish to learn more about a product and its characteristics or see if a sample is available please inquire at support@bseid.com.

We encourage you to contact us for care and maintenance instructions for your wood furniture, upholstered furniture, and soft goods to help preserve its life and vibrancy. BSEID will not be held responsible for behaviors of wood due to its final location/amount of moisture in the air/care & maintenance by the customer. BSEID will not be held responsible for fabric changes to due the care and maintenance of these items, or the placement of the furniture; i.e. in the sunlight or damp area. Further, color may be interpreted differently when viewed online. Variations in color/finish/details may occur due to the resolution settings on your computer. BSEID does not guarantee an exact match from viewed online to actual product.

Wood + Special Finishes

Much of BSEID’s product line is made up of wood and special finishes making our selections unique and full of character. Wood, a natural living and breathing product, can never be duplicated and hence two pieces will never be alike. Because wood responds to fluctuations in humidity, furniture can expand and contract over time. Please note that the degree of humidity or dryness in your location may cause wood movement which does not affect the structural integrity of the piece and is not to be considered defective.

Certain types of wood will have more visible knots and graining. Over time, knots and grain may bleed through and slightly discolor the finish (this may be more apparent on light colored finishes). Further, the wood species may darken as it ages. These changes to the wood are not to be considered a defect in craftsmanship. This may also cause irregularities in the finishes and are not considered defects. While finishes are durable, they are not indestructible.

Special finishes applied to our wood pieces and other surfaces make each BSEID item a unique art form. Often these finishes are hand applied in a multi-step process. Because of the craftsmanship, finish variations are expected. Our finishes may mimic the appearance of rustic, antiqued, or industrial. BSEID considers these variations part of the fine character of these pieces and are not considered a defect. We strive to give detailed descriptions of the finish through our product details.

Upholstery, Fabric + Hide

BSEID provides a wide selection of various linen pieces and upholstered furniture. From pillows, bedding and tablecloths to ottomans, headboards and chairs, the fabrics in our pieces range in material, content and color richness. Many of our linens are hand dyed and/or hand embroidered. Due to the characteristic of natural fibers and the process they go through, fabric may vary in tone and hue depth. Slight variations are part of the fabrics character and not considered a defect.

When used, cowhides will vary from product to product; as no two are alike. Due to the organic nature of hides and leather there may be variances in color and pattern, and in some instances scarring. All are considered unique attributes and not defects.

Stone + Concrete

Many of the items BSEID showcases are made partially or entirely of stone or stonelike materials. This includes, but is not limited to: marble, onyx, limestone, sandstone and concrete. Due to the characteristics of natural stone, each piece will have unique coloration and veining which is considered an attribute of the earth material. These items, including concrete, may also have pores, divots, and other "imperfections" which are expected. None of the elements listed are considered defects of the material or its application.

Repurposed, Antiqued + Rustic

BSEID offers a number of unique items which are "upcycled" or use repurposed pieces and parts. In the production of these items salvaged materials may be used. Because of this unique aspect, expect variations to the finish as well as areas of rusting, weathering or the appearance of an antiquing. These characteristics add to the appeal of these items and are not considered defects.

Custom + Made to Order

Many BSEID items specify that customization, monograms or personalization are available. Because these items are made at your request and uniqueness, they are non-returnable unless damaged or defective. It is very important to double and triple check your personalization of an order before submitting.

If you notice a discrepancy after an order has been placed, or must cancel your personalization order, please refer to the terms of Canceling a Custom Order (What is Custom?).  We are sorry to say that after this grace period provided by the noted term, BSEID will not be able to issue a refund.

Deliveries + Estimated Arrival Times

BSEID makes every effort to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible. Many of our items are made to order and/or may ship directly from our vendors and artisans. This quality of craftsmanship takes time, so please be patient as delivery times for these items will vary widely. Each item is well worth the wait! BSEID will alert you if there is an excessive lead time or delay in your order. If you wish to receive an ETA prior to ordering you may do so by inquiring at support@bseid.com.

It is important to note that issues in the home furnishing and design industry may arise that are beyond the control of BSEID. These circumstances; such as vendors experiencing a delay in manufacturing or shortage of material, may lead to additional production time unbeknownst to our attentive inventory team. As a result, the estimated production and shipping dates provided on our website and/or given by our customer service are not guaranteed. If your item(s) is delayed you will be notified as soon as possible. In most circumstances, BSEID allows the purchaser to cancel an order due to extended and unanticipated lead times. See the terms under "Backorders + Out of Stock" for details.

It is important to note that though the production time of an item may be accurate many variables affect the ship time of the purchase. These circumstances, such as weather or shortage of freight drivers, may lead to additional time in transit. Therefore, when you purchase an item from BSEID, all ship times provided are estimates only and actual delivery dates may vary. Other circumstances that may add to delivery time include your selected special handling method that requires a crew to coordinate a delivery appointment with you. Special shipping methods that require in-house assembly may also extend the delivery of your item due to coordination.

Backorders + Out of Stock

Every so often customer demand exceeds supply. Although we spend a great deal of time maintaining inventory, there are times when an item sells out or its ship date is delayed before we are able to update the availability on the website. As a result, BSEID may cancel all or any part of an order, and discontinue products at any time, even if your order has been placed. If after placing your order you receive an email notifying of a backordered date, BSEID will give an estimated time of arrival for the new shipment. If you do not wish to wait until the new due date we request 48 hours to cancel your order and your purchase will be refunded within the period noted by the BSEID Customer Service Representative.

Express Delivery

BSEID is happy to accommodate Rush/Express Orders, if possible. Because we do not want to disappoint you, it is important to reach out to our Customer Service for pricing and availability of the product prior to order. BSEID will provide accurate information in getting your purchase to your exact location quickly and the associated costs. Express delivery is at an additional charge to the purchaser, that will be determined at the time of inquiry. All orders wanting express delivery must be handled by phone. If you are ready to place your express delivery order you may do so by calling toll free (855) 341-1401. A standard order with a note to please express will not be acknowledged as such.

Delivery Restrictions and / or Challenges

BSEID’s preferred Ship To is a residence. If you need your shipment sent to a business, please contact support@bseid.com or call toll free (855) 341-1401 to discuss these specific details. BSEID cannot deliver to Post Office boxes. In the case that the ship to address is not accessible by regular delivery truck, i.e. must take ferry transport; the customer will be responsible for all additional delivery fees. Upon receiving your order, BSEID may find the delivery location requires special logistics and reserves the right to hold your order until the shipping charges have been paid by the customer. If you find that your ship to address may fall into this category please reach out to us to discuss the specific details and fees that may apply so we may get your item(s) to its final destination.

Excluded Delivery Areas

At this time BSEID does not offer International delivery or delivery to Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

Canceling an Order

BSEID must receive your cancellation notification within 24 hours, provided that you have not yet received a shipment confirmation from us. Many items ship immediately and in the case that your notification exceeds the 24 hours time period a restocking fee may apply to your refund. Further, if your order has already shipped, we are required to process any cancellation as a return.

See details on restocking fees within the "Return Policies and Procedures" terms. To cancel an order contact us during our regular Customer Service hours toll free (855) 341-1401 or at any time via email at support@bseid.com. The timestamp of your message or email will be honored.

Canceling a Custom Order (What is Custom?)

Custom orders are all furniture and accessory items that must specify a chosen color/finish, fabric choice, or monogram. Custom orders are any items BSEID deems “custom made”. Items such as original art and benchmade furniture pieces are considered custom and the terms apply. If you are at all uncertain if what you are ordering is considered custom, please inquire at support@bseid.com prior to order. Because of the unique nature of custom items, you have 48 hours to contact BSEID and make a cancellation request. After the custom cancellation window, custom orders may not be canceled or refunded. If for any reason your custom piece(s) does not arrive with the specifications that you selected when ordering, BSEID reserves the right to have the item(s) replaced and reshipped at no additional charge to you.

BSEID is currently running a Free Standard Shipping over $199 promotion. This promotion is available for shipment within the 48 contiguous states only. In many cases, an item or orders totaling $199.00 or over requires special handling. In these instances, a selection of a shipping method will be required at checkout. Associated shipping charges will be added to your purchase. The details of each shipping method are described in our below terms as well as on each product's page.

Please note, shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will incur additional charges, including small parcels. Freight items are ineligible to ship to these locations. Special Shipping Methods

Many of our items, regardless of cost, require additional and specialized handling to ensure they arrive in safe and sound condition. These shipping methods include, but are not limited to, white glove premium service. Services, like white glove, help secure the integrity of the shipped piece(s) due to its size, fragility, weight, or complexity of assemblage.

Premium shipping methods are an additional cost to the purchaser. However, BSEID's standard shipping rate is deducted from the premium shipping cost and therefore, the total price is discounted and a savings to the customer.

Please note, premium shipping will require your item(s) to travel to a receiving company, inspected, often blanket-wrapped, and delivered by a local furniture delivery company. These logistics and personal care will extend your delivery window. Deliveries are scheduled during the weekdays/non-holidays. Further, all premium shipping charges, including white glove charges, are non refundable with exception if the shipped item(s) arrive damaged.

A brief description of our BSEID Special Shipping Methods are below. It's important to note, not every shipping method is available for each item/purchase.

Threshold: The delivery team will bring your item to your entry threshold, unload the item(s) and leave it in a safe place outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). Once it's been dropped off, it is your responsibility! This service does not include removal of packaging, assembly, or set up of your item(s). Within an apartment, townhouse or condo, a maximum of flights of stairs may be determined prior to shipment.

Room of Choice: The delivery team does the heavy lifting for you. They will bring your item(s) inside and place it in your room of choice. There must be a clear path and a designated location for placement. The delivery team will not move any item obstructing the location or path. This choice does not include unpacking or packaging removal. The BSEID Customer Service will be contacting you to coordinate the timing of this delivery.

White Glove: The delivery team blanket-wraps and shrink-wraps the order at their warehouse and loads it onto one of their home delivery trucks. They will bring your item(s) inside and place it in your room of choice. The team will unpack the product(s), assemble (if necessary) and remove all packaging so you may start to enjoy your new purchase as soon as possible. Please note that the delivery team will not perform plumbing installation, electrical wiring, or services requiring the use of power tools. A cap on assembling time may apply.

Shipping Large Items

Furniture and other oversized items, such as but not limited to floor mirrors, artwork, firescreens, often ship via freight carrier. Deliveries of this size have unique requirements. To determine if your purchase is categorized as oversized please note the dimension of the pieces from the website details prior to placing any orders. If you have any questions regarding the product’s size and delivery methods, please contact BSEID's customer service. 

It is important to note that when ordering online pieces of this size you must accommodate the schedule of the freight carrier for delivery. If you are not present for your scheduled appointment and it must be rescheduled, then you will be charged a delivery trip fee. Please do not arrange for the item(s) to be delivered when no one is home to receive them. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to communicate any limitations that might affect the delivery prior to placing the order (ie, narrow entries, door openings, lack freight elevators or stairs). The location of the residence and access to the threshold of the property can dictate what shipping method is used. In the event that a delivery is unable to be made due to such limitations, restocking fees and return fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Although our suppliers take great care in packaging their goods for shipping, larger scaled and fragile items have a higher risk of damage and hence why BSEID offers special handling services. The details of what to do if an item arrives damaged or defective are outlined in "Damages Do Occur". To minimize the event of freight damage please inquire about the additional services provided by these carriers. Refer to "Shipping Charges" terms and contact support@bseid.com for more information prior to placing your order.

Damages Do Occur

While we do our utmost to ensure your item(s) arrive in perfect condition, elements beyond our control may result in an unfortunate damage. If damages do occur, BSEID, along with the freight company or vendor that shipped your piece(s), will arrange for its repair or replacement at our expense. In order to properly process a claim, BSEID needs your cooperation in detailing the condition of the packaging and contents immediately upon receiving.

Furniture items must be carefully inspected BEFORE you sign for the delivery. If damages are grossly noticeable, please refuse the delivery. If damages are notable but not obscene please note the damages and condition of the packaging materials on the bill of lading before signing for the delivery. If you are able to snap pictures, all the better! BSEID will work with you to promptly take care of this unfortunate event and get your purchase back to you in the condition that you fell in love with.

If damages occur to piece(s) shipped standard methods and a carrier is not present, BSEID requires a time frame of 48 hours to notify us. If the defect is clearly a manufacturing error and not as a result of shipping damage, then we may ask for the defective product to be shipped back to the manufacturer. In this circumstance BSEID will make special arrangements with you to accommodate and resolve this issue. This policy applies to custom items that arrive incorrect from your sales order receipt as well.

Whether it is a shipping damage or manufacturer defect we please ask that you save all original packing items and fillers included with your purchase. A BSEID Customer Service Representative must first authorize a return prior to the purchaser shipping back to BSEID or a manufacturer. If not re-packed as it was originally shipped or there is any indication of use, BSEID will not authorize an exchange or refund.

It is important to note, that should an item arrive defective, BSEID has the first opportunity to correct the issue or replace the item with one of perfect condition. If the customer denies this opportunity and would like to return the item it then becomes a return request and policies and procedure regarding returns will apply.

BSEID will not be responsible for the replacement of damaged goods or reimbursement if the above procedures are not followed according to our terms.

Lost or Stolen Goods

In the event that a purchase is not received by the consumer or lost in transit, but shows delivered to the shipping address associated with the sales order, BSEID will not be held liable. BSEID will assist in filing a trace and claim with the respective carrier to assist the purchaser in locating the shipment. When making a purchase please be aware of where your item will be received and make arrangements for a secure placement of packages. All the better, make arrangements to be present when your item(s) are received.

Return Policies + Procedures

It is the objective of BSEID to meet your 100% satisfaction . . . and then some! In the event that you would like to return an item the request may be done so by abiding to the following policies. Please email support@bseid.com or call toll free (855) 341-1401 for authorization within 5 days upon delivery to apply for a return. With the exception of damaged merchandise, return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. After you have received a return authorization, the merchandise must be returned from your home to BSEID within ten (10) business days. Returns after this period will not be accepted and no credit issued. A BSEID Customer Service Representative must first authorize a return prior to the purchaser shipping back to BSEID or a manufacturer. If not re-packed as it was originally shipped or there is any indication of use, the shipper or manufacturer will not authorize an exchange and no credit will be given. Any furniture piece that was originally shipped via "white glove" or premium shipping must be returned in the same fashion. Due to credit billing cycles, credit for returned merchandise will be issued within 30 days of receipt. Smaller items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee in addition to shipping and handling charges. Larger items such as furniture, mirrors, lighting and area rugs may be subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to shipping and handling charges.

It's important to note, orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska cannot be returned.

Warranties + Guarantees

BSEID upholds the product warranties provided by the artisans and manufacturers who create our furnishings and accessories. Because the details and duration of our manufacturers' warranties differ, we encourage you to ask one of our customer service representatives for specific warranty information on product(s) of interest. You may do so by inquiring to support@bseid.com

Though the accuracy of BSEID's website is given painstaking attention by our staff, errors in data may occur. Exactness on our website is not guaranteed and as a result BSEID reserves the right to correct any discrepancy at any time. This may include canceling or refunding an improperly priced item with immediate notification and the opportunity to repurchase at the correct price.

Privacy

BSEID only requires your personal information when you are placing your order. We use the information you provide to process and ship orders and contact you if necessary. The email address that you provide is entered into our database and used to alert you of the details and tracking information of your order. We will also periodically send you our BSEID e-news filled with design ideas, tips, coupons and promotions. Rest assured that we will NEVER share or sell your information with any third party. We take your business and privacy very seriously! Should you ever want to "opt-out" and stop receiving our e-news you may do so by clicking unsubscribe on the link found on the e-newsletter.
