BSEID.com is open and functioning for browsing and ordering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you place your order not within our customer service hours then a confirmation of your order will be acknowledged via email the next business day (taking in account all national holidays).

Price Structure:

At BSEID we strive to be your one-stop-shop for the most unique designer finds and treasures at the finest quality. We work hard to remain competitive with other online sources and value the manufacturers and artisans that make our awesome product line in the highest regard. Because of this respectful relationship and the strict MSRP price guidelines, BSEID’s price structure is set to abide by our vendors' guidelines. We encourage you to alert us when you notice price differences on the web. You may do so by emailing support@bseid.com.

From time to time we do offer coupons and promotions to specific items or a product line on our website. To be included in receiving such great offers please email support@bseid.com and state “Sign Me Up!”

Great Deals:

BSEID’s sale section features discounted pricing on specific items or a product line. These sales could last for a limited period of time while other promotions will continue until the products are sold out. Periodically, subscribers to our BSEID e-newsletter will receive special coupon codes to be redeemed at checkout. Coupons, sales and promotions cannot be applied to the purchase of BSEID gift certificates. Promotional and coupon codes cannot be used on items within BSEID’s sale section. Other exclusions of these promotions will be clearly stated. There are no price adjustments on a previous order due to a recent promotion. BSEID reserves the right to cancel any order due to an unauthorized or ineligible use of discount. Deliveries... ETA:

BSEID makes every effort to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible. Many of our items are custom-made or ship directly from our vendors and artisans. This includes, but not limited to, furniture and accessory lines that must specify color, fabric choice, and monogram. This quality of craftsmanship takes time, so please be patient as delivery times for these items will vary widely. Each item is well worth the wait. BSEID will alert you of lead times in the acknowledgement of your order. If you wish to receive an ETA prior to order you may do so by inquiring at support@bseid.com

It is important to note that estimated shipping dates are given at the time of inquiry and cannot be guaranteed by BSEID. Occasionally, issues arise that are beyond our control and may lead to additional production time; such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production. If this is the case you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware. BSEID does allow the purchaser to cancel an order due to extended and unanticipated lead times. See the terms under "Other Cancellations" for details.

Wood and Special Finishes:

Much of BSEID’s product line is made up of wood and special finishes making our selection so unique and full of character. Wood, a natural living and breathing product, can never be duplicated and two pieces are never the same. Because wood responds to fluctuations in humidity (just like hardwood flooring), furniture can expand and contract over time depending on the climate. Please note that the degree of humidity or dryness in your home may cause splitting which does not affect the structural integrity of the piece and is not to be considered defective. Further, BSEID will not be held responsible for such behaviors of the wood due to its location and amount of moisture in the air.

Certain types of wood will have more visible knots and graining. Over time, knots and grain may bleed through and slightly discolor the finish (this may be more apparent on light colored finishes). Further, the wood species may darken as it ages. These changes to the wood are not to be considered a defect in craftsmanship. Irregularities in the finishes are not to be considered defects. While finishes are durable, they are not indestructible. Again, BSEID will not be held responsible for such behaviors of the wood. We encourage you to contact us for care and maintenance of your wood furniture to help preserve its awesome nature.

Special finishes applied to our wood pieces and many other surfaces make each and every BSEID item a unique art form. Often these finishes are hand applied in a multi-step process by artisans. Because of this craft variations in finish will occur. BSEID considers these variations part of the fine character of these pieces and are not considered a defect. Further, BSEID will not be held responsible for such variations in special finish. We strive to give a detailed description of the finish(s) throughout our product line. At any point, if you wish to learn more about a product and its characteristics please inquire at support@bseid.com.

We also, encourage you to provide your feedback on the finish and character of an item after receiving it (and loving it!) in your home.

Linens and Upholstery:

BSEID provides a wide selection of various linen pieces and upholstered furniture. From pillows and tablecloths to ottomans and chairs, the fabrics in our pieces range in material, content and richness. Many of our linens are hand dyed and/or hand embroidered. Due to the characteristic of natural fibers and process they go through, fabric may vary in tone and depth. Further, color may be interpreted differently when viewed online. BSEID hand selects linens and upholstery that exemplify the beauty of our product line. These slight variations are part of the fabrics character and not considered a defect. BSEID will not be held responsible for such variations versus the purchasers’ interpretation of color. We encourage you to gather as much product information as you see fit prior to ordering. BSEID’s upholstered chairs, ottomans, sofas, headboards, and more range in a wide selection of material and color. Special care and instruction may be necessary when treating or maintaining the life of these fabric pieces. BSEID is not responsible for fabric changes to due the care and maintenance of these items. We encourage you to contact us for specifications on cleaning an upholstered piece of furniture.

Making it Unique:

Many BSEID items specify that monograms or personalization are available. Because these customized items are made especially at your request they are non returnable unless damaged during shipping. It is very important to double and triple check your personalization of an order before submitting. If you notice a discrepancy after an order has been placed or must cancel your personalization order please refer to the terms of "Cancelling an Order if Custom… What is Custom?" We are sorry to say that after this grace period provided by the noted term BSEID will not be able to issue a refund.

How to pay:

BSEID accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and BSEID gift certificates. All prices are USD, United States Dollar, currency. Your credit card is charged as soon as your order is placed. Currently, BSEID uses PayPal as a source of secure checkout. You are welcome to use your PayPal account or enter our checkout system as a “guest”. You do not need to have a PayPal account to checkout securely.

Sales Tax:

All states, with the exception of Florida, are exempt from sales tax. BSEID charges 6% sales tax to orders shipped to Florida because our home office is in the state of Florida.

Ordering and Tracking:

Currently, when your order is submitted to BSEID you will receive an email confirmation via PayPal acknowledging your transaction. Even if you chose to checkout by “guest” you will still receive this acknowledgement. In addition, one of our BSEID customer service representatives will email you an acknowledgment stating that your order has been received into our system. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST. If your order is received by Friday, 5:00 pm EST you will receive a BSEID generated acknowledgement via email. Should an order be submitted after Friday, 5:00 pm EST or anytime over the weekend then your emailed confirmation will be received on the following business day. Please note, that this day is Monday EST or the following business day after a national holiday. The BSEID customer service representative will notify you that within (at most) three business days you will receive a follow up email detailing the estimated shipping date of your purchase(s). Once your order has shipped from BSEID or directly from one of our vendors or artisans, a tracking number will be assigned to your package and you will receive an email notification with that detailed information. Please note that if you ordered several items, they may not all ship from the same location or ship at the same time. If this is the case, multiple tracking numbers will be assigned to each individual shipment and you will receive notice of this detailed information. At this point, you will have a direct contact representative at BSEID. We encourage you to email your rep at any point should you have questions on your order.

Shipping Charges:

BSEID is currently running a "FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $150" promotion on all items on the website. This "Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150" promotion is available for shipment ONLY within the 48 contiguous states. Please refer to the chart below to calculate your shipping on orders that do not qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will incur additional charges. Please see chart below for these areas. (In some cases, an item may be of excessive weight or require special handling, you will be contacted directly by BSEID customer service with a revised shipping amount.)

Some of our items, regardless of cost, may require additional charges to ensure they arrive to your home in safe and sound condition. Many of these premium options of shipping, including but are not limited to white-glove service, may be at the purchaser’s discretion or could be highly recommended by BSEID. These services are suggested by BSEID to help secure the integrity of the piece(s) because of its size, weight or complexity of its assemblage. In some instances a premium option may be recommended to insure that the item is delivered inside your home as opposed to curbside.

These premium options, when selected, are an additional cost to the purchaser. However, BSEID's FREE standard shipping rate will be deducted from the premium shipping rate. The customer's premium shipping cost will ONLY be the difference of the two rates. If selected, these special handling fees will be discussed with you by a BSEID customer service representative upon receiving your order. Please note at check out that you are requesting upgraded/premium shipping. Should the purchaser opt out of special handling services (when it is highly recommended by BSEID), BSEID will not be responsible for incidences that may occur to the item in shipping and delivery to your home. For example, a large piece of furniture may ship to your door step included in our FREE STANDARD SHIPPING promotion. A suggested additional service, for an additional fee, will bring the furniture piece(s) into your home, unpack and discards the package material. If the consumer opt outs of this service and agrees to meet the furniture outside the residence, BSEID will not be responsible for any theft, damage or inconvenience that would occur in the shipping/delivery process. If you have questions about Free Standard Shipping eligibility or are interested in special delivery information please e-mail support@bseid.com or call Toll Free (855) 341-1401 ext 203 during our regular customer service hours.

Shipping Large Items:

Furniture and other oversized items, such as but not limited to floor mirrors, artwork, screens, often ship via freight carrier. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Freight companies will contact you directly a few days prior to schedule a delivery date and time frame (typically 2-4 hour blocks). It is important to note that when ordering online pieces of this size you must accommodate the schedule of the freight carrier for delivery. If you are not present for your scheduled appointment, then you will be charged a delivery trip fee. Please do not arrange for the item(s) to be delivered when no one is home to receive them. Although our suppliers take great care in packaging their goods for shipping, damages may occur in transit. Furniture items must be carefully inspected BEFORE you sign for the delivery. If the furniture happens to arrive with any defects contact us immediately while the trucking company is there. Do not sign the receipt until you have inspected the item. If you are unable to get in contact with your BSEID rep, please either refuse the delivery or note the damages and status of the packaging materials on the bill of lading before signing for the delivery. BSEID will not be responsible for the replacement of damaged goods or reimbursement if the above procedures are not followed. To minimize the event of freight damage please inquire about the additional services provided by these carriers. Refer to "Shipping Charges" terms and contact support@bseid.com for more information prior to placing your order.

Damages Do Occur:

While we do our utmost to ensure your items arrive in a timely manner and in perfect condition, there are some things that are beyond our control. Whether traveling by freight carrier or standard shipping methods, we like to ensure that your pieces are handled with great care. If damages do occur, and they might, then BSEID with the freight company or manufacturer / artisan that shipped your piece(s) will arrange for its repair / replacement at their expense. In order for this to occur, BSEID needs your cooperation in detailing the condition of the packaging and contents immediately upon inspection.

If shipping via freight carrier these detailed notes must be written on the delivery slip. If you are able to snap pictures, all the better! BSEID will work with you to promptly take care of this unfortunate event and get your purchase back to you in the condition that you fell in love with.

If damages occur to piece(s) shipped standard methods and a carrier is not present, BSEID requires a time frame of 48 hours to notify us. If the defect is clearly a manufacturing defect and not as a result of shipping damage, then we may ask for the defective product to be shipped back to the manufacturer. In this circumstance BSEID will make special arrangements with you to accommodate and resolve this issue.

Whether it is a shipping damage or manufacturer defect we please ask that you save all original packing items and fillers included with your purchase. A BSEID customer service representative must first authorized a return prior to the purchaser shipping back to BSEID or a manufacturer. If not re-packed as it was originally shipped or there is any indication of use, the shipper or manufacturer will not authorize an exchange and no credit will be given. UPS and FedEx delivery records will be utilized to determine date and time of receipt to the consumer's residence.

Return Policies and Procedures:

It is the objective of BSEID to meet your 100% satisfaction . . . and then some! In the event that you would like to return an item delivered to you within the last 5 days the request may be done so by abiding to the following policies. Only purchases that have been pre-authorized may be returned. Please email support@bseid.com or call Toll Free (855) 341-1401 for authorization within 5 days upon delivery to apply for a return. With the exception of damaged merchandise, return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. After you have received a return authorization, the merchandise must be returned from your home to BSEID within ten (10) business days. Returns after this period will not be accepted and no credit issued. A BSEID customer service representative must first authorized a return prior to the purchaser shipping back to BSEID or a manufacturer. If not re-packed as it was originally shipped or there is any indication of use, the shipper or manufacturer will not authorize an exchange and no credit will be given. Due to credit billing cycles, credit for returned merchandise will be issued within 30 days of receipt. Smaller items may be subject to a 10% restocking and reprocessing fee in addition to shipping and handling charges. Larger items such as furniture, mirrors, lighting and area rugs may be subject to a 25% or higher restocking fee in addition to shipping and handling charges.

Cancelling a Custom Order… What is Custom?:

If you wish to cancel a custom order you have up to 48 hours to contact us. BSEID must respond with an acknowledgment to consider your order cancelled. Your purchase will be refunded within the period noted by the BSEID customer service representative. After 48 hours, custom orders are non-refundable. Custom orders are all furniture and accessory items and product lines that must specify color, fabric choice, or monogram. Custom orders are any items we deem “special order” or “custom made”, any items we deem as “close out” or “holiday” items, or any merchandise in original or limited art category. Items must be returned in the same condition as received with all original packaging. If for any reason your custom piece(s) does not arrive with the specifications that you selected when ordering, BSEID reserves the right to have the item(s) replaced and reshipped at no additional charge to you. Contact us immediately if this occurs by phoning Toll Free (855) 341-1401. If you are at all uncertain if what you are ordering is considered custom, please inquire at support@bseid.com prior to order.

Cancelling Original & Custom Art Work:

Due to the unique nature of original and custom art, cancellations can only be accepted up to 48 hours from the placement of the order and must be received via an email to support@bseid.com. BSEID must respond with an acknowledgment to consider your order cancelled. Your purchase will be refunded within the period noted by the BSEID customer service representative. After 48 hours, original & custom art orders are not eligible for refund or return. At any point, if you wish to learn more about a piece of art and its characteristics please inquire at support@bseid.com prior to purchasing a piece.

Other Cancellation Policies:

If you wish to cancel your order, the request must be made in writing via email at support@bseid.com within 48 hours from the date the order was placed. If you cancel an order that has already been shipped, all shipping costs (including original shipping costs - even if awarded FREE Standard SHIPPING - and cost back to BSEID), plus handling fees charged to us by the supplier will be at your expense. See details on re-stocking fees within the "Return Policies and Procedures" terms which will also apply.

Express Delivery:

Express delivery is available only for items that are deemed in-stock. Please contact support@bseid.com ahead of placing your order to confirm that express shipping is available to that specific item(s) and the lead time that the order is able to be expedited. Upon approval by a BSEID customer service representative all orders must be received at BSEID by noon EST to ship within the noted express delivery. Express delivery is at an additional charge to the purchaser, that will be determined at the time of inquiry. All orders wanting express delivery must be handled by phone. If you are ready to place your express delivery order you may do so by calling Toll Free (855) 341-1401. A standard order with a note to please express will not be acknowledged as such.

Delivery Restrictions and / or Challenges:

BSEID’s preferred Ship To is a residence. If you need your shipment sent to a business, please contact support@bseid.com or call Toll Free (855) 341-1401 to discuss these specific details. At this time, BSEID cannot deliver to Post Office boxes. In the case that the ship to address is not accessible by regular delivery truck, i.e. ferry transport; the customer will be responsible for all additional delivery fees. These circumstances are not acknowledged by BSEID as the 48 contiguous states and do not fall within the FREE SHIPPING promotional guidelines. Please contact support@bseid.com or call Toll Free (855) 341-1401 to discuss the specific details and fees that may apply in order to reach your final destination.

International Delivery:

BSEID has a minimum purchase of $300.00 USD per single item for international shipping or Canada. If you are interested in delivery to any these locations, a custom shipping quote will need to be generated. Please contact us at support@bseid.com for more information. Shipping charges will apply as well as all the necessary taxes and duties of that destination, if applicable. BSEID will also charge a service fee to process all necessary custom forms and postal requirements. BSEID will only ship items from our website with the chosen US postal carriers. This list of carriers is at BSEID’s discretion, however, will be disclosed to the purchaser as well as all the tracking information.

Long Lead Times:

Every so often customer demand exceeds supply. If after placing your order you receive an email notifying of a backorder, BSEID will give an estimated time of arrival for the new shipment to be ready from the manufacturer, vendor or artisan. If you do not wish to wait until the due date you have 48 hours to cancel your order and your purchase will be refunded within the period noted by the BSEID customer service representative.


BSEID only requires your personal information when you placing your order. We use the information you provide to process and ship orders and contact you if necessary. The email address that you provide is entered into our database and used to alert you of the details and tracking information of your order. We also enter your email to periodically send you our BSEID e-news filled with design ideas, tips, coupons and promotions. Rest assured that we will never share or sell your information with any third party. We take your business and privacy very seriously and would never deliberately jeopardize that information. Should you ever want to "opt-out" and stop receiving our e-news you may do so by clicking unsubscribe at the top of our e-newsletter.


BSEID upholds the warrantees provided by the artisans and manufacturers who create our furnishings and accessories. Because the details and duration of our manufacturers' warrantees differ, we encourage you to ask one of our customer service representatives for specific warranty information on product(s) of interest. You may do so by inquiring to support@bseid.com

Policy Changes:

BSEID serves the right to change our policy and terms and conditions whenever deemed appropriate. The current policy will always be dated an in effect from that date on. Our policy was last updated in November 2016.
