Room of Choice: The delivery team does the heavy lifting for you. They will bring your item(s) inside and place it in your room of choice. There must be a clear path and a designated location for placement. The delivery team will not move any item obstructing the location or path. This choice does not include unpacking or packaging removal. The BSEID Customer Service will be contacting you to coordinate the timing of this delivery.

White Glove Delivery: The delivery team blanket-wraps and shrink-wraps the order at their warehouse and loads it onto one of their home delivery trucks. They will bring your item(s) inside and place it in your room of choice. The team will unpack the product(s), assemble (if necessary) and remove all packaging so you may start to enjoy your new purchase as soon as possible. Please note that the delivery team will not perform plumbing installation, electrical wiring, or services requiring the use of power tools. A cap on assembling time may apply.
